Service Partners

Inspkt may provide inspection services through approved third-party partners or contractors ('Service Partners').

When services are conducted by Service Partners, Inspkt acts solely as a facilitator/booking platform. The Service Partner is fully responsible for the accuracy, quality, and execution of the inspection.

Any claims, damages, negligence, or disputes arising from the inspection performed by a Service Partner shall be directed solely to the Service Partner. Inspkt bears no legal or financial liability for the performance of third-party services.

Service Partners are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Inspkt. They are required to adhere to professional standards and local regulations but remain legally accountable for their own actions and reports.

By confirming the inspection request, the customer agrees that Inspkt is indemnified and held harmless from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from services conducted by third-party partners.

Inspkt's responsibility is limited to facilitating the booking, delivering the report received from the Service Partner, and providing customer support where possible.

General Terms and Conditions

Specific Terms is listed at each Service Partner section while booking.

This inspection report is based on a visual assessment only. No parts of the vehicle are dismantled, removed, or internally examined.

Inspkt shall not be held responsible for any faults or defects that were not visible, present, or detectable at the time of inspection. This report does not serve as a guarantee against future mechanical, electrical, or structural issues unless that is mentioned in the terms and conditions by the chosen service center.

In the event of a complaint, Inspkt reserves the right to re-inspect the vehicle before any repair work is performed.

Odometer accuracy is not guaranteed. Any visible signs of tampering or inaccuracy will be noted in the report.

Airbag systems cannot be tested, as they are triggered only by impact sensors. Their functionality is assumed based on visible indicators only.

Detecting water leaks requires specialized facilities. Therefore, only visible signs of moisture or water damage will be reported.

Emissions testing is not included, as it requires specialized equipment beyond the scope of the inspection.

If there is no documentation confirming that the cam belt/timing belt has been replaced at manufacturer-recommended intervals, the customer is advised to replace it immediately.

If the air conditioning refrigerant level is low or empty, Inspkt cannot confirm the operational condition or fault-free performance of the air conditioning system.

For vehicles equipped with a turbocharger or supercharger, and where no boost gauge is available, Inspkt cannot guarantee correct system operation. However, performance observations during the road test will be included when applicable.

If an OBD diagnostic scan is performed, all detected system faults will be listed. The inspector will not reset, erase, or modify any stored or historical fault codes.

If the vehicle has been recently driven prior to inspection, the inspector may be unable to perform a cold start test and may miss certain cold-start-related issues.

A cylinder compression test is not conducted due to the required equipment and time. The inspector may comment on perceived power imbalance if noticeable.

Four-wheel drive systems will be tested only within the limitations of the inspection environment. Traction control and differential lock systems may not be fully tested due to unsuitable conditions.

Customers are required to review the full inspection report. Any safety-related faults or major defects should be addressed immediately.

If any fluid leaks are identified, they should be repaired before operating the vehicle further to prevent potential damage to drivetrain components.

Inspkt will not publish inspection results on social media, groups, or advertisements. The customer is solely responsible for how they use or share the inspection report or link.

This inspection report represents the professional opinion of the inspector based on their expertise and observations. It does not represent a definitive repair guide and is not a legal document for submission to governmental or non-governmental bodies. Any misuse of the report may result in legal action and compensation claims by Inspkt.

Inspkt shell not post any inspection results on the social media / groups and/or classifieds and the customer alone holds the responsibility in such case as he is the only party having the inspection link/pdf.

The Inspection that will be done for the car will done by the chosen service centers and according to what they see through their experience, and it does not definitely represent what should be done except from their opinion and vision. Therefore, there is no responsibility whatsoever on the company in issuing such a report, and in any case, this report is not considered A legal document that can be presented to any governmental or non-governmental entity, and in the event that the customer violates this, the company has the right to seek legal compensation from him, the customer accepts the inspection results and shell not accuse Inspkt of any liability and may refer back to the chosen service center according to their terms.
